Has having an employee from Workability changed your staff culture?

We were nervous to start off with getting a new person into the store with a disability and we were wondering in the group how everyone would get along with that person whether it would work or not with the customers and with the tasks they would have to perform. Once we had them in for the three month trial we could see what they could do and see what they can handle. We get along with them really well, they have changed our spirit in the shop, we know how to socialise with a different group of people now and we know how to accept different people, how to handle all the different situations, I think it is great. You don’t know unless you try it and we did try it and we are very grateful that we did – we have got two great staff members from it.
