Workability Psychology Services

Workability has added extra bite to its already well established and respected Employment Services for people with disabilities.  It now includes a stand-alone Psychology Service through Medicare’s Better Outcomes for Mental Health Initiative.

Workability offers a broad range of psychology services to the general community with the advantages of links to training and skills that can lead to a place in today’s work force with the assistance of qualified Allied Health Professionals.

Psychology Services Offers

·         Are open to all

·         Are provided by qualified, experienced staff

·         Offer specialist counselling for people with disabilities

Services on Offer

Short term or more in-depth individual, family, and relationship counselling to deal with a broad range of concerns, such as:

·         family difficulties

·         relationship difficulties

·         workplace stress

·         anxiety

·         depression

Supportive group therapy in small groups on topics including:

·         grief and loss

·         self esteem

·         anger management

·         stress management

·         assertive communication
