Workability, a quality accredited and award winning disability employment services provider, is seeking an experienced, passionate and results-orientated Client Manager for its Mandurah office. Reporting to the Senior Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for all facets of client management from employer research and client referral to caseload management through to client and employer evaluation.
This position requires a combination of senior relationship strengths, tenacity and initiative, strong organisational skills including attention to detail and follow-up, a positive solution-oriented attitude and an ability to work with people to obtain results, as well as the ability to prioritise. You will be a good communicator, confident and a self starter. You will be motivated, enthusiastic and organised and above all enjoy the challenge of working within the Disability Employment Service industry, particularly the satisfaction of successfully placing a person with a disability into employment and offering them ongoing support.
The successful applicant should preferably have previous disability industry experience. A working knowledge of ESS/DEEWR systems and program guidelines would be an advantage and a Cert IV in Disabilities or related qualification. However, this position is not limited to applicants without specific industry experience and all enquiries will be considered on merit.
An attractive above award salary package is offered, including salary sacrifice, which will add significant remuneration to your net income a work laptop and mobile telephone. This is a 6 month fixed contract with the opportunity to move into a full time position.

How I found this position was that I was registered with Workability and my client manager Karen asked me if I would like to do work experience with the company which would give me confidence to go out into the workforce, and I agreed. I started off doing 2/3 days a week and it progressed to full-time work and here I am!!
