- Workability also has a very high success rate with clients who are culturally and linguistically diverse, or those living with HIV/AIDS, achieve their employment ambitions.
- Workability also has a history of specialising in working with school leavers to secure employment upon leaving school.

- All staff are able to assist consumers with pre-employment preparation and on the job training and support.
- Workability clients have lower absenteeism, lower work related incidents and greater length of service, when compared with the average employee.

Workability is very fortunate, we have been successful since 1988, we have established many many employer groups across the greater metropolitan area, we have hundreds of dedicated supportive employers who are very socially responsible, who understand the needs and who make the adjustments in the workplaces to support people with disabilities.
